Having grown up in McMinnville, her journey in the world of real estate is more than just a career - it’s a heartfelt commitment to her community. After earning her degree from Santa Clara University and spending a decade in the dynamic field of marketing, Lacey transitioned seamlessly into real estate, bringing together her marketing acumen and passion for helping others. Her mission is clear: to make the process of selling or buying a home not only seamless but enjoyable. Lacey goes the extra mile, providing “extras” like expert staging advice, delightful surprise gifts, and the touch of having a seller’s house professionally cleaned. Welcome! I’m Heather Traff, a dedicated real estate professional with a deep-rooted passion for the Willamette Valley and its abundant natural resources. My journey has been diverse and enriching, encompassing twenty years as an educator up and down the great Northwest, including 17 years with the McMinnville School District, where I have been privileged to shape young minds and prepare students to be contributing members of society. I continued my education by earning a master’s in educational leadership and a license in administration, and I am currently pursuing my doctorate in leadership.
With over 15 years of residence in McMinnville, Kara brings a deep understanding of the local community and its neighborhoods to the real estate market. Coming from a background in healthcare, she has always been driven by a passion for helping people, and now channels that dedication into assisting clients with their real estate needs.
